Data Analyst
BetterHelp is seeking a Data Analyst to join our mission-driven team dedicated to making mental health care more accessible. As the world's largest online therapy service, we provide affordable and convenient therapy globally, connecting millions with licensed therapists. In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including clinicians, engineers, product managers, and marketers, all committed to expanding access to therapy.
As a Data Analyst, you will lead high-impact analytics initiatives to inform data-driven decisions. Your responsibilities include executing in-depth analyses of user behavior to identify growth opportunities, developing and maintaining advanced dashboards to track key performance indicators, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection and instrumentation. Additionally, you'll work closely with data engineering and data science teams to enhance our data infrastructure and support advanced analytics capabilities.
The ideal candidate has over two years of experience in data or product analytics, preferably within a high-velocity consumer-facing product. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential, along with strong skills in data visualization tools like Looker. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Amplitude and Mixpanel is advantageous. A track record of delivering impactful insights, experience with funnel analysis and cohort segmentation, and excellent communication skills are also required. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.
This position offers a base salary range of $90,000 to $110,000, with eligibility for a performance bonus.
