D365 FO / SCM Finance Consultant and Business Analyst, D365 CoE, Remote work in Poland
Eurofins is seeking a D365 FO/SCM Finance Consultant and Business Analyst to join their D365 Centre of Excellence (CoE). This role focuses on deploying the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO) solution across over 40 countries, ensuring a standardized global finance template is implemented effectively. The consultant will collaborate with key finance users, process owners, finance leads, and IT teams to translate business needs into system configurations.
Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining D365FO Finance modules such as Accounting, Chart of Accounts, Fixed Assets, Sales, Cost Accounting, and Warehousing. The consultant will set up and validate integrations between D365FO and other systems like CRM, ADMS, and LIMS, ensuring data consistency and process continuity. Managing data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and testing, is also a critical part of the role. Additionally, the consultant will provide training and support during testing, go-live, and post-implementation phases to drive user adoption and maintain stable operations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of seven to eight years of experience with Microsoft ERP solutions, including D365FO/SCM, AX2012, and/or Great Plains, in roles such as Business Analyst, System Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Implementation Consultant. A strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, including general accounting, taxation, banking, reporting, and cost management, is essential. Knowledge of accounting principles and standards like IFRS and US GAAP is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are necessary. A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, information technology, or a related field is required.
This position offers opportunities for professional development, including deepening expertise in D365FO implementation and participating in impactful global rollout projects. Contracts are offered with a minimum duration of one year, with a strong likelihood of extension to two years. A B2B arrangement is preferred, with flexibility for hybrid remote collaboration with international teams. Permanent contracts may also be considered.
