Cyber Incident Response Manager

This role involves maturing the incident response lifecycle and strengthening security across both cloud and corporate IT environments. The successful candidate will lead the development of detection engineering, refine incident response processes, and expand security coverage to new operational areas.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining incident response processes, playbooks, and runbooks tailored to Fever's diverse IT environments. The manager will collaborate with infrastructure, data, and engineering teams to enhance detection capabilities and lead coordinated responses during security incidents to ensure rapid containment and recovery. Additionally, the role involves managing and mentoring a specialized incident response team, conducting training exercises, and continuously improving incident response metrics and reporting methodologies.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least two to three years dedicated to leading incident response processes. A strong understanding of modern security tools, including SOAR platforms, cloud-native detection services, EDR solutions like CrowdStrike, and SIEM platforms, is essential. Proficiency in analyzing large-scale security telemetry using tools such as Python, AWS Athena, and Google BigQuery is required. Excellent communication skills, an analytical mindset, and fluency in English are also necessary.
