Deloitte is seeking a Cyber Data Protection Consultant to join its Cyber Digital Trust & Privacy practice. This role focuses on assisting clients in reducing cyber risks, protecting critical data, and building resilience in an increasingly complex digital environment. The consultant will work within a collaborative team to deliver business-driven data protection and privacy solutions that address regulatory requirements and enable secure growth.

Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and operating technology and process solutions to mitigate data risks. The consultant will develop requirements, evaluate vendor solutions, and architect data security posture management solutions. Additionally, the role involves preparing work products such as requirements documents, use cases, design decisions, configuration workbooks, testing scripts, governance standards, and implementation roadmaps. Staying current on industry trends in cyber risk, data protection, and emerging technologies is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with data security posture management capabilities, including data discovery, data classification, data access governance, posture management, and sensitive data remediation. Experience with SharePoint Online and OneDrive security concepts, such as permissions, sharing models, site governance, lifecycle management, and collaboration risk reduction, is required. A bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary. The ability to travel 25-50% based on client and industry needs is also expected.

Deloitte offers a competitive salary range for this role, taking into account various factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for geographic differentials associated with the location at which the position may be filled. Additionally, employees may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, which considers individual and organizational performance.
