BrainRocket is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across Europe, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will communicate with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude. You will acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, possess in-depth knowledge of our products to answer inquiries effectively, and ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional support.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both written and spoken Norwegian and English, a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
