Customer Support Agent - Italian Speaking

With a dynamic team of over 1,300 professionals, we have established a strong presence in countries such as Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. We are currently seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Italian and English to join our team in Warsaw, Poland.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional support. A deep understanding of our products will be essential to effectively address customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English, a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
