Customer Support Agent - Hungarian Speaking

BrainRocket is seeking a Hungarian-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing solutions, we have rapidly expanded across Europe, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to creating innovative products and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and possessing in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively address customer inquiries. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support are key aspects of this position.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both written and spoken Hungarian and English, a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
