As a Customer Support Agent at BrainRocket, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, providing exceptional service to our Greek-speaking clientele. BrainRocket is a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing sectors, with a presence in Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team comprises over 1,300 professionals dedicated to innovation and excellence.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include communicating with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and possessing in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer inquiries. Ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering professional support are key aspects of your day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both written and spoken Greek and English, a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a support role is advantageous but not mandatory.
