Customer Support Agent - Freelance Project

As a Customer Support Agent, you will address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on retirement plan support, account integrations, activations, deactivations, and technical troubleshooting. Utilizing tools like Zendesk and Aircall, you will track and manage customer interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate assistance.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in customer service, particularly within technical support or financial services, is preferred. Familiarity with retirement plans such as 401(k) and IRA is advantageous but not mandatory. Proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall, along with excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities, is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates must pass a background check.
This is a remote, contract position requiring 45-50 hours per week, with working hours from 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern Time. Compensation is set at $5 per hour.
