Join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge AI-driven technology in the financial services industry, assisting clients in managing and optimizing their retirement plans. As a Customer Support Agent fluent in both English and Spanish, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

In this role, you will address customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, focusing on retirement plan support, account integrations, activations and deactivations, and technical troubleshooting. You will assist with account activation, integration troubleshooting, and product-related inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for both English and Spanish-speaking customers. Utilizing tools such as Zendesk, Aircall, and internal CRM systems, you will track, manage, and resolve customer interactions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Business, Finance, or IT being a plus. Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages, is essential. Previous customer service experience, ideally within technical support or financial services, is preferred. Familiarity with retirement plans or financial account management (401k, IRA) is advantageous, along with proficiency in Zendesk and Aircall. Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required, as well as a high attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a remote team. Candidates must pass a background check.

This is a remote, contract position with preferred locations in Costa Rica, Belize, or Mexico. The role requires working 45-50 hours per week, from 9 am to 6 pm US Eastern Time. Compensation is set at $5 per hour.
