Customer Support Agent - Finnish Speaking
BrainRocket is seeking a Finnish-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across Europe, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia. Our team of 1,300 professionals is dedicated to innovation and excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with customers through online chats and emails, maintaining a prompt and empathetic attitude, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, and possessing in-depth knowledge of our products to effectively answer inquiries. Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support are key aspects of your daily responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have proficiency in both written and spoken Finnish and English, a proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
