Customer Success Specialist (x/f/m)
As a Customer Success Specialist at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the daily operations of healthcare professionals by ensuring they fully leverage our digital solutions. You will be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming healthcare delivery through innovative technology, directly contributing to improved patient care and streamlined practice management.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing a portfolio of clients, providing comprehensive training on our products, and offering ongoing support to optimize their usage. You will conduct regular check-ins to assess client satisfaction, address any concerns, and implement strategies to enhance product adoption and retention. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement in our offerings.
The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple clients effectively, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are essential. Excellent communication skills in both German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) are required to facilitate interactions with clients and international colleagues.
