As a Customer Success Representative at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational processes within your team. Your primary focus will be on efficiently handling customer inquiries, maintaining high data quality standards, and supporting the overall customer journey. This position is integral to fostering long-term customer satisfaction and driving sustainable growth.

Your daily responsibilities will include providing operational support by executing standardized processes to ensure smooth daily operations. You will assess and prioritize incoming customer requests, directing them to the appropriate team members for resolution. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system, ensuring accurate documentation of all customer interactions. Configuring and optimizing product settings to enhance customer usage and assisting with various stages of the customer lifecycle, such as managing contract changes and license transfers, will also be key aspects of your role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer operations, customer success, or similar operational roles, preferably within a B2B or SaaS environment. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a detail-oriented approach to data quality and documentation are essential. Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset are crucial for effectively interacting with customers through various channels. Proficiency in German at a C1 level and good English skills are required.
