As a Customer Success Manager at Doctolib, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our healthcare clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a defined portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting structured conversations with clients to define and achieve their goals, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support and training to clients, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing our platform effectively.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in German at a native level and good English skills are required; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus. A background in healthcare or experience with CRM systems like Salesforce would be advantageous.
