Customer Success Manager - Michigan
As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment through their journey to renewal. In this role, you will inspire and support customer adoption and expansion, leveraging your customer-facing and technical acumen to lead our customers to success.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the health of assigned accounts, fostering meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations and Cato's internal teams, and orchestrating post-sales motions such as conducting quarterly business reviews, product adoption maturity assessments, and managing renewals and upsells.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role at a high-growth SaaS software or technology vendor, with exposure to networking or security software solutions. Excellent customer communication and presentation skills, the ability to effectively listen and understand customer needs, and the capacity to influence and persuade at all levels are essential. Candidates must be well-organized, effective problem solvers, comfortable working within a geographically distributed team, and located in the Detroit, MI area with the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
