As a Customer Success Manager at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the operational efficiency of our B2B automotive marketplace. Collaborating closely with sales, after-sales, and operations teams, you will ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for our clients, particularly large dealer groups with complex structures.

Your primary responsibilities will include guiding new clients through their initial platform integration, analyzing and optimizing existing workflows to improve efficiency, and coordinating between clients and internal teams to foster a positive customer experience. Regular check-ins will be essential to identify and address operational challenges promptly, and you will utilize data analysis to monitor platform stability and customer satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer success, operations, project management, or process management. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in German (C2) and English (C1), and a proactive, self-organized approach are essential. Familiarity with digital tools and CRM systems is required, and while automotive industry knowledge is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
