Intercom is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. As a CSM, you will work closely with a diverse range of customers to help them realize the full value of their Intercom investment. In this role, you will develop trusted advisor relationships with customers at the C-suite and executive levels, guiding them through the adoption and expansion of Intercom's AI products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include creating and executing customer success plans, conducting strategic planning sessions, and proactively identifying opportunities to drive product adoption and long-term growth. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide feedback to enhance our offerings.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or strategic consulting, preferably within SaaS or technology companies. You should possess a strong understanding of SaaS business models, the ability to support complex enterprise customer needs, and a proven track record of establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to build lasting relationships are essential.
