As a Customer Success Manager at Cato Networks in Chicago, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our top customers, guiding them from deployment through renewal. In this position, you will be responsible for the health of assigned accounts, ensuring customers realize the full value of their investment in our technology. Your day-to-day activities will include developing meaningful relationships with key stakeholders, conducting quarterly business reviews, assessing product adoption maturity, and managing renewals and upsells. Collaboration with internal teams such as Sales, R&D, and Support Engineering will be essential to drive customer success.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a Customer Success or sales role within a high-growth SaaS or technology vendor. A strong background in networking or security software solutions is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively. Organizational skills and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment are also important.

Compensation for this role ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 annually, with exact figures depending on skills, experience, and certifications.
