Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, the leading self-storage company, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, within a flexible full-time schedule.
Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. The manager will conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness for rental, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and assist customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.
Candidates should have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
The position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour, with eligibility for full-time benefits upon averaging 20+ hours per week.
