Public Storage, the leading self-storage company, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. The manager will conduct daily inspections of storage units to confirm inventory and availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and assist customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

Candidates should have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00, with eligibility for full-time benefits upon averaging 20+ hours per week.
