Public Storage, the leading provider in the self-storage industry, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional storage solutions to our customers.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collections. Maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of the facility is also a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds and spend significant time walking around the facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.

Compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour, with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts. Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel between properties.
