Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage, the leading self-storage company, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will assist customers with payments and perform reminder and collection calls as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service roles within retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-oriented industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds and spend significant time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and performing maintenance tasks.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00.
