Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As the industry leader in self-storage, we offer a dynamic work environment where you will manage multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring optimal customer service and facility operations.

In this role, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds, spend up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain facility appearance.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $19.00, flexible full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm), and a comprehensive benefits package for employees working an average of 20+ hours per week.
