Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, the leading provider in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and account management. Additionally, you will perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold the facility's appearance and functionality.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service roles within retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-oriented industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the position involves traveling between different work locations. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds and spend significant time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.15. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
