Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service – Self Storage Manager to join our team. As the industry leader in self-storage, we offer a dynamic work environment where you will manage multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of service and cleanliness.

In this role, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as needed.

Successful candidates will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle are required for travel between work locations and other work-related tasks; mileage reimbursement is provided.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm). Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending, company-paid life and accidental death insurance, and exclusive vendor discounts. Performance-based bonuses are also available for our Property Managers.
