Public Storage, the leading company in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, within a flexible and full-time schedule.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, provide recommendations, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collection calls as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Compensation for this position is $17.50 per hour. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
