Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As the industry leader in self-storage, we offer a dynamic work environment where you will manage multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring optimal customer service and facility operations.

In this role, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

Successful candidates typically have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle are required for travel between different work locations and for conducting other work-related business; mileage reimbursement is provided.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $16.00, with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm).
