Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, the leading provider in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls when necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations and performing work-related tasks.
This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
