Public Storage, the leading self-storage company, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards and our customers receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and providing appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. The role also involves conducting daily inspections of storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

Candidates should have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm). Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
