Public Storage, the industry leader in self-storage solutions, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and providing appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. The manager will conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and availability, ensuring units are ready for rental. Additional duties involve auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payment reminders and collection calls as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for full-time benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
