Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs and providing appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. The manager will conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and readiness for rental. Additional duties involve auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payment reminders and collection calls as necessary.
Candidates should have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17.00, with flexible full-time schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm).
