Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage, the industry leader in self-storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and delivering exceptional service to our customers.
As a Self Storage Manager, your primary responsibilities will include assessing customer storage needs and providing appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. You will conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and readiness for rental, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and assist customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle are required for travel between different work locations and for conducting other work-related tasks; mileage reimbursement is provided.
This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00. Employees working an average of 20 or more hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
