Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage, the industry leader in self-storage solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, contributing to our mission of providing exceptional storage services to our customers.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls when necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle are required for travel between work locations and other work-related tasks, with mileage reimbursement provided.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.00. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
