Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, within a flexible schedule between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm, with weekends until 5:00 pm.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payment reminders and collection calls as needed.

Candidates should have experience in customer service and sales, ideally from retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-oriented industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00, with eligibility for full-time benefits after averaging 20+ hours per week.
