Customer Service - Self Storage Manager
Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As the industry leader in self-storage, we offer a dynamic work environment where you will manage multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring optimal customer service and facility operations.
In this role, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as needed.
The ideal candidate has experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
