Public Storage, the leading provider in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations and other work-related tasks, with mileage reimbursement provided.

This full-time position offers a starting wage of $14.00 per hour, with flexible schedules between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm (weekends until 5:00 pm). Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week become eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
