Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and customers receive top-notch service.
Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. Daily tasks involve inspecting storage units to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.
Successful candidates typically have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel between properties are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $18.50, with eligibility for full-time benefits upon averaging 20+ hours per week.
