Public Storage, the leading self-storage provider, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining our high standards.

In this position, your primary responsibilities will include assessing customer storage needs and recommending appropriate solutions, including the sale of packing and moving supplies. You will conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and readiness for rental, audit cash drawers, and perform bank deposits. Additionally, you will assist customers with payments and make reminder and collection calls as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, fast food, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and the use of your own vehicle for travel between work locations are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical requirements include the ability to lift and move items up to 35 pounds, spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold facility standards.

Compensation for this role is $15.00 per hour, with performance-based bonuses available. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
