Public Storage, a leader in the self-storage industry, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, providing essential services to our customers.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily responsibilities include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness for rental, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and account management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service roles within retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-oriented industries. A valid driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle for work-related travel are required, with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds and spend significant time walking around facilities, including climbing stairs and performing maintenance tasks.

Compensation for this position is $15.00 per hour, with performance-based bonuses available. Employees working an average of 20+ hours per week are eligible for benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, and flexible spending accounts.
