The manager will conduct daily inspections of storage units to verify inventory and readiness for rental. Additional duties involve auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payment reminders and collection calls as necessary.

Candidates should have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments, such as retail, restaurant, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for travel between work locations, with mileage reimbursement provided. Physical requirements include the ability to lift items up to 35 pounds and spend up to 50% of the time in outdoor environments, performing tasks like climbing stairs and maintaining facility cleanliness.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage, with eligibility for full-time benefits after averaging 20+ hours per week.
