Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage, the leading self-storage provider, is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work independently across multiple locations, contributing to our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Self Storage Manager, you will assess customer storage needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Your daily responsibilities will include inspecting storage units to ensure readiness, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments and collections.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service-oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations.

This full-time position offers a starting wage of $15.50 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and more. Mileage reimbursement is provided for work-related travel, and performance-based bonuses are available.
