Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Public Storage is seeking a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple locations. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in the self-storage industry.

Key responsibilities include assessing customer storage needs, recommending appropriate solutions, and selling packing and moving supplies. The manager will conduct daily inspections to ensure units are ready for rental, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and assist customers with payments, including making reminder and collection calls as necessary.

Candidates should have experience in customer service roles within sales environments such as retail, restaurants, or other service-based industries. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as the role involves traveling between different work locations.

The position offers a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, with eligibility for full-time benefits upon averaging 20+ hours per week.
