Customer Service Representative

Eurofins Consumer Product Testing (CPT) Turkey is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Mahmutbey, Bağcılar. Eurofins is an international life sciences company providing a wide range of analytical testing services across various industries. The CPT division specializes in testing services for textiles, leather, footwear, and toys, serving both domestic and international clients with accredited laboratories and experienced professionals.

In this role, you will be responsible for registering new jobs, dispatching samples to appropriate laboratories, generating client reports based on test results, and providing support via telephone and email. Additional duties include assisting with the preparation of sales quotes in coordination with the sales department, maintaining a sustainable client portfolio, enhancing customer satisfaction, and collaborating with clients and sales teams on large-scale projects.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Textile Engineering, Chemistry, or Textiles, along with excellent written and spoken English skills. Advanced knowledge of laboratory reporting and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required. Residency on the European side of Istanbul is necessary, and there should be no military obligations. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of experience in a similar role, a bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or Business Administration, and an MBA degree.
