Customer Service Officer
Eurofins is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team. This role is integral to our customer service function, ensuring professional growth and development within the department. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries in a professional manner, providing immediate responses to technical and service-related queries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction through responsive and meticulous support.
Key responsibilities include addressing and resolving customer complaints by conducting thorough investigations and communicating findings promptly to supervisors and customers. The role also involves meticulous processing of specimens received from the courier team and customers, accurate data entry of patient demographics and laboratory test orders into the Laboratory Information System (LIS), and adherence to procedures in sample centrifugation, storage, retrieval, and disposal. Effective communication with clients, co-workers, and management is essential, along with maintaining good time-management skills.
The ideal candidate will possess an "O" level or equivalent educational background, be service-oriented with good organizational skills, and demonstrate a positive work attitude. Experience in client services, specimen management, and data entry is required, along with proficiency in computer skills and experience using LIS. The candidate should also be hardworking and possess a positive work attitude.
