As a Customer Service Medewerker | Analytical Service Manager at Eurofins, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both national and international clients, ensuring clarity, speed, and quality in all interactions. This role places you at the intersection of customer engagement, analytical processes, and operational oversight, contributing directly to food safety standards in the Netherlands and beyond.
Your key responsibilities include guiding clients through the submission of assignments, developing analysis plans, and interpreting analytical results. You will monitor the progress of client projects, ensuring timely delivery of results that meet quality standards. Additionally, you will identify and address any deviations, coordinate with relevant departments, and keep clients informed throughout the process. Handling incident reports and providing expert advice on suitable analytical methods are also integral parts of your role.
The ideal candidate holds a completed HBO degree and possesses an affinity for food safety or a willingness to develop expertise in this area. Strong commercial insight is essential, enabling you to translate client needs into appropriate services. Proactive, quality-focused, and adept at prioritizing tasks, you communicate effectively and professionally in both Dutch and English at a C1 level.
Eurofins offers a one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent position, based on a 32–40 hour workweek. The monthly salary ranges from €2,940.00 to €3,500.00 for a 40-hour week, depending on experience.
