Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Eurofins Food Testing Rotterdam, you will lead the customer service departments, ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. Your role involves coaching and supporting your team to help them excel both personally and professionally, fostering a safe and growth-oriented work environment.

In this position, you will contribute to the strategic direction of customer service by developing improvement roadmaps, setting clear objectives, and monitoring talent development. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders to discuss operational activities and goals, with the autonomy to manage your "customer service shop" and build a strong organization alongside experienced team leaders.

The ideal candidate possesses a higher professional education level (HBO) with at least five years of experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (C1 level), excellent project and time management abilities, organizational sensitivity, adaptability, and a transparent, motivating approach to decision-making are essential.

Eurofins offers a one-year contract with the prospect of permanent employment, a salary ranging from €3,925 to €5,608 per month (based on 40 hours), 25 vacation days with the option to purchase additional leave, full reimbursement of public transport costs, a solid pension scheme, profit-sharing opportunities, and the freedom to choose which holidays to celebrate.
