Customer Service - Internship

Eurofins Lab Solution srl, a subsidiary of Eurofins Scientific—a global leader in life sciences—seeks a Customer Service Intern to join our team in Fino Mornasco. The intern will engage directly with both Italian and international clients, ensuring effective communication and support. Responsibilities include accurate data entry into the management system and collaboration with various departments and laboratories within the group to streamline operations.

Candidates should possess a diploma and demonstrate proficiency in English, which will be assessed during the interview process. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are essential. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite is required, and knowledge of textile and chemical terminology is considered advantageous.
