As a Customer Service Agent at Formlabs, you will be an integral part of our Global Services team, providing exceptional support to our customers, distributors, and resellers across the EMEA region. Formlabs is a leading innovator in 3D printing technology, empowering professionals worldwide to bring their ideas to life. Our Budapest office is a dynamic hub where engineering and business teams collaborate to drive the company's growth and success.
In this role, you will address technical and business inquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. You will educate customers and resellers on the operation and maintenance of Formlabs printers, enhancing their user experience. Collaborating closely with our global engineering team, you will assist in resolving technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our products and services.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English and one of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, German, or French. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for connecting with people are essential. While technical expertise is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this position.
