As a Customer Onboarding Manager at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in integrating new large-scale clients into our digital marketplace. Collaborating closely with Sales, After Sales, and Operations teams, you will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, directly influencing the success of our innovative tech company in the B2B used car sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include guiding new dealers through their initial engagement with our platform, ensuring they comprehend and effectively utilize all relevant features and processes. You will analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement measures to enhance efficiency between sellers and buyers. Additionally, you will coordinate the operational experience between clients and internal teams, conduct regular check-ins to detect and address operational challenges promptly, and employ data analysis and AI tools to maintain marketplace stability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, operations, project management, or process management. Strong analytical skills are essential for quickly understanding complex processes and developing structured solutions. Exceptional communication abilities in both German (C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level) are required to effectively interact with large clients and diverse teams. A proactive, hands-on approach, resilience, self-organization, and adept stakeholder management are crucial. Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and AI is advantageous, and while automotive industry knowledge is beneficial, it is not mandatory.

CarOnSale offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days working from home, 28 days of annual leave, and additional half-days on December 24th and 31st.
