Customer Implementation Manager
As a Customer Implementation Manager at Mindbody, you will guide new clients through a strategic onboarding experience, configuring software to meet their unique business needs and maximizing platform value. You will act as a project lead, technical consultant, and trusted advisor, setting clients up for long-term success by designing workflows that match their goals and configuring their software for real-world results.
Your key responsibilities will include configuring and tailoring Mindbody software to align with each customer’s unique business model, goals, and workflows. You will lead project-managed onboarding journeys, from initial access and data conversion to training and product activation. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact during implementation, answering technical questions with clarity and care, and providing strategic recommendations that maximize feature adoption and drive long-term value from the platform.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as technical support, implementation, or service delivery. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams alike. Confidence in managing escalations and communicating with all levels, from end users to executive stakeholders, is also important. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, are required. Experience delivering training and change management support in client-facing settings, as well as general fluency with web/mobile technologies, Microsoft Office tools, and CRM or PSA systems, is preferred.
Mindbody offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $52,125 to $69,500, with the total compensation package potentially including a performance bonus, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
